BE AWARE... I was looking for a dealership that I could purchase a car from without having to run my credit. This was because I am in the process of purchasing a home. I found a vehicle on Wendell Auto Brokers lot that I purchased. As we where going through the deal I was asked for my social security number. I told them I can not go through with the purchase if my credit has to be ran because I'm in the process of purchasing a home. I was told that it would not affect my credit because it's a soft inquiry. So I continued the purchase. Low and behold when I checked my credit report it is showing as a hard inquiry. They really can car less about there customers. They affected my credit and my home buying experience just to make a sale. The truck brook down after the second day of the purchase. I called them and asked if I could give it back and get the almost $4000 down payment back. I was told I could give the truck back but I would lose my deposit. So I had no choice put to keep it. Every other week for months I had problems with the truck which cost me hundreds of dollars in repairs. I will never purchase another vehicle from these people or even recommend them to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.
