I brought my car in to be serviced for the battery because I purchased a warranty at this dealership a couple months prior. When I came to pick up my car they tried to charge me a fee of over $100. I specifically told them I did not want to pay a fee so only look at my car within the warranty.... When my husband called today and yet another issue with our car the guy told him "your wife refused to pay last time." I didn't appreciate being disrespected and this is absolutely false! They completely miscommunicated and it was an issue on their end. I used to have my service done here but will not be back after this.
Recently purchased a car battery from their service department. Excellent service all the way around. Scoot Strong answered all my questions and explained all my options on purchasing a new batter. Do not buy your vehicle here. Bought a brand new truck here and they refused to fix a transmission issue that was under warranty. There was a known cause with the 8 speed transmission for the converter and they told me the shuttering and vibration was normal. I took it too another dealer who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without hesitation.
