I wouldn't even give it a whole star but guess that's the lowest you can give. Guess I should've read dese reviews first, but I ordered a Sundance (small) rose bouquet for a teacher's desk, but instead a long stem rose whateva it wants to be called was delivered. I called to get it straightened out and there was no solution or attempt to even fix the problem. "I dont know what to tell you" is the exact quote in addition to "its according to availability"....SO APPARENTLY THEY JUST DO WHAT THEY WANT, without regards to how the PAYING customer feels. What I ordered and what was delivered are TWO TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS!!! I felt like I was cheated out of
then I got a surprise when I Checked bank receipt.
My flowers were absolutely beautiful! Donna was a pleasure to work with. She checked in on me often and was just so sweet. I highly recommend!
Wonder people working there. They bend over backwards to help accommodate needs for all types of occasions and time lines.

The flower was delivered and was not similar to the one pictured in the online store.
Ordered a great FLOWERS DECORATION
for a wedding anniversary. I called the store and told them what I wanted on the basis of the pictures online. we were first agreed on a price of $ 70. So I called back while I emailed that I raised the amount to $ 85 on the total amount.
They had drawn first, a total of $ 86 Dollar which was $1 Dollar over the agreed amount. but regarded it as part of the cost of driving. Then I discovered that they also had drawn $ 15Dollar. that's a total of $ 16 dollars more.. I tried to call them, send mail to e mail but never got an answer. Finally I got an answer you have not forgotten, . so it happened weeks and 3months . Got still no contact wrote on facebook their were deleted and were finally angry and contacted the bank. I got blocked my card and reported this with my bank that paid me the amount back as they saw that the amount did not match what we agreed in the mail.
