Go to a different bank. Opened an account today and was told in order to not be charged 10$ a month I had to keep 1500$ in my checking or use my debit card ten times that month. In order not to be charged an addition 10$ a month for my savings account I had to transfer 25$ from checking to savings each month. Also charge for cashpoints withdrawal! I told her I thought cashpoints was free for all banks and she said yes except this one.
I had a GREAT experience with this bank today! Short wait time and friendly service when opening an acct. Received great advice and customer service from Feda, who is an absolute pleasure to interact with.
Worst Bank experience, Jamie was extremely stubborn and wouldn't work with me at all. She has no customer service skill whatsoever. Never coming back
